color and life to your home tour creating a positive connection with the viewer.
Pricing:
Production Costs may vary depending on the square footage.
Production rates are $200.00/hour for each camera on shoots.
Single Camera full day rate is $1,000.00 Based on an 8 hour day. Discounts for multi day shoots.
Two Cameras full day rate is $1,500.00 Based on an 8 hour day. Discounts for multi day shoots.
Three Cameras full day rate is $2,000.00 Based on an 8 hour day. Discounts for multi day shoots.
Editing Rate is $200.00/hr. This rate is actual editing video or photos. You are not charged for rendering or
mastering time.
Administrative Rate is $50.00/hr - This includes but is not limited to making dvd copies; printing labels; research
and script writing; digitizing or capturing footage.

Your Virtual Tour includes an on site production specialist who will ensure your
home is video taped from all of the appropriate angles with broadcast quality
digital video giving the viewer an accurate depiction of the home. Each room is
professionally lit and edited with licensed production music to create a warm
inviting feeling for the viewer.
Your home will be shot from a tripod producing professional pans and tilts giving a solid clear picture
of the home, Graphics and or Narration can also be added to your tour video. It's up to
you!
